If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, workpaid.net is unwilling to allow you to become a member.

Members found violating the TOS will have their account terminated, and any referrals or commissions will be lost.

We will inform you any TOS changes prior to it happens. The changes may include editing, adding, and/or deleting parts of the terms and conditions.

• Members must be able to WRITE AND UNDERSTAND English. Other languages could be added later.

• Member from Bangladesh can use Bangla only support or email to me, not use in fourm.

                                     

Responsibility of member

 

• All members from any Country are welcomed to join.
•  Verifie your  email in order to activate your  account on workpaid.net
• Register with real name which is matched with the name on the identification
• You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account per household or IP
• Transfer, sell, share of your account to or with other users is prohibited
• Using proxies, VPS, VPN, shared network environments and auto click software are not allowed
• You must use a Static IP adress or else you can have issues in order to log into your account or complete tasks on our website
• If you do not log in for more than 15 days your account will be marked as inactive and it might get suspended due to inactivity.You can request for a reactivation but in that case your account balance will reset. If your account remains suspended due to inactivity for more than 30 days your account will reset and after that it might get deleted as well.
• Members that are using auto click software, will be suspended automatic by our inactive check system. Members that are using auto click software doesn´t count as login or as active member
•  We do not share your information with other person and parties
• Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by ptctaka.com. No Minimum Payout be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination
• Refering direct referrals, buying direct referrals, and renting rented referrals are your sole decision. Ptctaka.com do not guarantee their activity. The amount of direct referrals and rented referrals is limited based on the membership

 

                                                                                           

Referral Terms

 

•  Every referral should have unique and valid email address. It is not preferable the using of email generators, the emails from these sites are frequently used by cheaters and users who do no want to earn fair, but to create multiple accounts
• You must not send unsolicited emails or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also can not use any service that attempts to sell your referrals. We can verify such incidents and they will result in account termination
• You can only rent referrals when they are available and within the limits of your current membership
• Having more referrals than the allowed amount will result the deactivation of the earning from all your referrals, and all referrals reset
• All your Referrals can be reset with your balances as well , if you don´t follow our referrals terms point 3.4 , please contact our support if you have any questions related
• The click made by your referrals will be created to your account instantly if you have met the click requirements from the previous day
• The number of referrals is limited based on the referrer’s current membership
• Any Questions regarding rented referrals average or rented referrals profits  Monthly, weekly etc will not be answered by support or by other means. Ptctaka is not a investment Website and by good faith we will not give predictions from things that we not  control

• You allways can rent a referral and see the average , and make the  calculations by our upgrade beneficts table on your upgrade page.

Payments to members 

 

• All payments are processed with : FaucetPay, Airtm , bitcoin, Perfectmoney , Payeer, Bkash(Bd only) and Litecoin no other method is avaiable at this time.
• There are fees included, special on bitcoin withdrawal there is a extra fee
• Time and limits of processing payments are describe on our  Point number 3 and 5
• Free Members needs at least 50 ptc and 25 shortlink click in order to make a withdraw , min cashout 2$ for stander and all others 1$.

 Refund Policy

• The purchase of upgrade is non-refundable
• The purchase of exposure packages and clicks for your ads are non-refundable
• The purchases of exposure packages for your banners are non-refundable
• The purchases of Rented Referral are non-refundable
• The purchases of Direct Referral are non-refundable

• If There is no withdraw history , we may look into it .In all cases will be a 20% refund fee.

  This not includes advertising purchases.Advertising packages are  not Refunded

Anti-Cheat Policy

•  Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged
• Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination
• We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at PtcTaka.

Advertising Terms

• The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal or other adult materials of any kind
• The website must not contain any frame breakers.
• The website must not contain or promote any viruses.
• The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts
• The website must not have a popup/pop under window.

 

Spam

• We do not believe in spam and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates, site specials and issues with the site

 

Rights & Liabilities

•  PtcTaka  will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to workpaid.net   and therefore beyond our control.
• PtcTaka     reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice with refunds given accordingly in this particular case.
• PtcTaka  will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
• PtcTaka  is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.

• Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.

• Your personal email address will only be used for ptcTaka to communicate with you and to send you a new password in case you request it.
• Your user password will be stored in an irreversible format.
• Your user password will never be shown, sold or given.

• workpaid is not responsible for any of the contents in advertisements shown at workpaid . This applies to all advertisement information we may display.

• All advertisements are the responsibility of its advertiser and you must comply to their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
